Zapdos is found in the Power Plant. It is Level 50.
detect and drill peck for sure.... i dont know what else, maybe thunder wave
I know that zapados will have baton pass, metal sound, and extrasensory when you purify it.
It depends on the level, moves and nature of the pokemon. Mew Two is pretty good, and so is Zapdos, but a lvl 100 mew two would be more powerful than a lvl 20 zapdos.
your starter should be charmander coz it has the strongest moves when it has evolved and the firs Pokemon to actually catch shuold be pidgey
It is one of the starter pokemon. If you have chosen a different starter, then you can't catch bulbasaur.
A good way to catch zapdos is to have a lot of pokeballs that suit your catch and your team should be able to have a Pokemon with moves like Thunder Wave, and Sleep Powder. If you do not have those moves try basic moves like thunderbolt and shock wave if you have a pikachu or electric type you can maybe get lucky. I don't think poisen powder and confuse ray are suitable moves for this battle because poisen powder can cause the foe to run out of hp and will adventually cause it to faint, which is not what you are aiming for. Also confuse ray is alright but it can cause the foe to faint if its hp is low enough to knock itself out.Make sure to always save your game before you catch a rare or legendary Pokemon it helps alot so you will have nothing to worry about.Your Pokemon's levels should be around 40-50 at this time but they don't always have to be so if you follow all the things i just told you it will be a breeze and you will have your zapdos or the Pokemon your trying to catch in know time!Well Good Luck with your catch!
Drill Peck and Thundershock
It depends... a Fire Pokemon learns a lot of burning moves, the water pokemons, water moves...
level up a pokemon, most preferably a ghost type to learn "mean look" and be sure you have lots of ultra ball and don't use poison type moves or kill zapdos... It's hard but it's worth a try.. I did catch articuno using my level 100 gengar...
When you catch a Ponyta, it will already know moves like Fire Spin, Stomp, Ember, and Agility. Keep training it until it gets to Level 40 when it evolves. Then it will learn awesome moves.
..go to the saffari zone..
Put the Firered cartridge into the GBA slot of your DS (this cannot be done if you own a DSi, DSi XL, or a 3DS). Then put in your Soulsilver and turn in on. On the screen that you select your save file, choose mystery gift, and your wifi settings, there should be an option that says Migrate from Firered. The Pokemon cannot know and HM moves (like Fly or Surf). Choose six Pokemon to migrate and your all set to catch them. Fly to Fuchsia City in the Kanto reigon and head to where the Safari Zone was in Firered. There should know be a building where you can re-catch the Pokemon you migrated from Firered.
