These are the three methods: Press and hold the Ctrl key and press C. Then move to where you want to put it and press and hold the Ctrl key and press V. Right click on the mouse and choose Copy. Move to where you want to put it and right click on the mouse and choose Paste. Go the the Edit menu and click on Copy. Move to where you want to put it and go to the Edit menu and pick Paste. (:
To copy, you use the Ctrl key. To insert it between other cells, you use the Shift key. To just move it, you don't press any key.

All you need to do is just press the arrow keys and the cursor will move in the direction of the arrow that has been pressed. If you press and hold the one of the Shift keys at the same time, then it will also select cells as the cursor moves.

To copy and paste keyframes in After Effects, select the keyframes you want to copy, then press CtrlC (CommandC on Mac) to copy them. Next, move the playhead to where you want to paste the keyframes, then press CtrlV (CommandV on Mac) to paste them.

You could also just drag the mouse over different areas of the worksheet having pressed Shift and F8, in the same way as you can with the Ctrl key. Within a formula cells that are not adjacent can be specified by listing them with a comma in between them. Ranges are specified with colons. It is possible to use both: =SUM(A1:A20,B16,C45,D11:D13)
Move your trackpad cursor to the start of the text you want to copy, press the BB button and find copy. Go to wherever you want to paste, press the BB button, find paste! Based on a BlackBerry Curve 8520.
Get the cursor to where you want it, press and hold shift, move using the directional buttons to select what you want. Once you've selected it all, press Ctrl and C to copy. Then go to where you want to paste it, and press Ctrl and V
If you mean through the internet, you can highlight the text with your cursor, and press Ctrl+C to copy the text and then press Ctrl+Z to paste the text where you would like it to be. This would be an alternative to traditional methods of copy and paste.
