If you don't get enough nutrients you can get sick. The type of sickness depends on the specific nutrients you are missing. If the nutrient deficit is severe or long enough you can die.
when you eat a vegetable, your body extracts the nutrients to help keep your body going. If you dont eat vegetables then you will become really fat and explode or die.
If your body dont take in the right nutrients and minerals to do daily activities you will have a lack of energy ,headaches,and you will get sleepy so i advise you to EAT YOUR BREAKFAST.

First, it is the body that generates the energy needed via eating and drinking. If you stopped eating and drinking then death would result.
You could become dehydrated, and die from thirst. The human body is mostly made up of water, and when a person looses too much water, they can die.
Say you got a parasitic infection that meant your body had reduced amount or zero nutrients being absorbed, what would happen then?

Exercise is always good for you but why are you not eating healthy foods? If you know you are not doing so, then why dont you look into how to improve your diet as you do into exercising your body. You dont have to eat hamburgers with mayo, sauce and cheese every day if you know better. Have a good bowl of cereal for breakfast, a salad for lunch and a supper with veggies and lean meat. What happens is that you can exercise but not give your body enough good nutrients to keep you healthy. There are enough sites, on line, that can guide you in the right direction. Keep you heart and arteries in good shape and, with the exercise, you will feel better and live a better life.
