Your stomach gets larger mainly because throughout the course of the day, there are 3 specific meals that vary everyday, which meansas you eat breakfast, which is supposed to be the biggest meal, your stomach enlarges to hold in the lunch and dinner. Obviously, the first meal has not been fully digested so the stomach hold this food until digested in 24 hrs, where it will most likely be back to normal.

well you'll have a heavy stomach. you might not be able to walk, and definitely not run, if you did you would puke, get sick and could probably affect your health. its best not to fill your stomach up with food, leave some space in your stomach. don't eat too much.
