- Your parents are wise to make you wait to do your homework on the computer when you are in eight grade because they want you to think with your brain (get solutions to questions) first and then use the computer during eight grade to do research if need be.

It really depends on the student doing the homework. If the student can go on their computer and not listen to music, watch videos, or check email, then yes the computer does increase homework speed especially if they are writting and essay or biography. Otherwise, going on the computer to do homework is a waste of time becasue they could be doing anything... like looking on WikiAnswers for unanswered questions to answer. i.e. Me. that's what im doing... im also listening to music and chatting with friends on IM... but im still doing my homework... it's just taking a long time to do so.

Well umm... a computer is a wonderful thing everyone loves them you can find funny scary sad drama or love or anything on the computer... many people try to find love on the computer witch isn't a very good thing but... people do and I agree with you I believe people should spend there time outside or work out PS: I lost 18 pounds in one week for going to curves!
