You must go to the small map (in the upper right corner next to the costumizer). When you click on the map, there is a blue "Restart Island" button at the bottom left side. You will be prompted to confirm the restart. If you have already finished the island, you cannot receive more credits for beating it again. The Medallion for the island will remain in your medallion list even if you restart.
