It depends on your dentist. They might make you pay up front but then they should submit the claim to your insurance company for you. Ask how much they are going to charge you as some of them charge over the fee guide amount so you have to may the extra 20 or so percent.
That depends on the financial policies of the dental office. Some offices require payment in full prior to surgery, others require 50% up front and the balance upon completion of the surgery, and others will sometimes allow payments to be made over time.
You need to go to a dentist. Call around the dentist office and ask for prices. Found out if your insurance (do you have dental insurance) offers help with dentistry.
Probably not. It's an old wives tale that wisdom teeth cause crowding in the front teeth. You would need orthodontics or surgery to move things back enough to correct an overbite.
I'm not a dentist, but have been marketing dental plans for 10 years. Here's my best guess: 1. Just like airline now charge to check a bag, expenses for dentists ( insurance, equipment, etc.) are increasing. 2. Add that to the fact that a doctor doesn't get paid by an insurance company for WEEKS after a claim is submitted - they need a little something up front. 3. A dentist has to pay someone to submit the paperwork to the insurance companies. Yet another reason why discount dental plans are gaining in popularity compared to traditional "insurance" for your teeth.
Yes, there should be some concern. It sounds like the tooth has been jarred and may have to be pulled out. The best thing to do is go see a dentist and have him check it out. If it is loose-and it sounds like it is--best to have it pulled out but done by a professional.
Go to the dentist.
No, a persons wisdom teeth can not be pushed to the front.
See your dentist ASAP.
Harrison Ford has had a scar on his chin since he was sixteen. He likes to tell people he got it in a duel. He actually got it when he hit a telephone pole with his car.
Sounds like either a tooth abcess or other tooth problems. Get to your dentist and have it checked out. Sometimes they can save the tooth, other times it has to be pulled for health concerns. Either way, see your dentist to find out what can be done.
The American Military pulled the troops out of Vietnam because of political pressure on the home front.
Front office, Dental Assistant or Hygienist.
Well my bottom 4 front teeth are cramming together because my wisdom teeth are coming in. They were fine before then but also I have heard it that they will mess your jaw up. probably after the pressure of your other teeth forcing it to stay back by the jaw bone. I'm really not sure though. Sounds like whoever asked this question is as scared of the dentist as I am.
