Well if you keep trying it might. But sometimes it could be your computer or the website had a problem for a day. So all you have to do is try again tommorow.
if you go to your 'stable' on the top of the screen then your horse should be there or go to the 'paddock' if your horse is there then click 'put my horse in the stable' if the horse is not there then he/she is in the stable.

if you are talking of outside, you can build something like a lean-to or small open barn or the horse to shelter in bad weather or from cold. but if you can, in bad weather or cold keep your horse in its stall in the barn.

They can wear rugs, New Zealand Rugs. But my horse doesnt wear anything! He was out in the field at -15 degrees last winter! He didnt feel a thing
