I test my blood sugar a lot more often because it is more over the place also keep capri-sun or Orange Juice on hand for those really bad lows they bring it up also low blood sugar is the one time I can drink oj. A drink called Fuze has a lot of vitamins that help me through my cold as well. I might only be 21 years old but I take one a day women's vitamin's and I don't get sick as often. Personally though I would rather have my blood sugar a little high than low.
