There are three types of toolbar as written bellow : 1. Menu Bar2. Docked Toolbar3. Built-in Toolbar.
The bar which contains the option which are some of the activities of sub-options of menu bar is called standard toolbar
Open toolbar, highlight text, click hyperlink( in toolbar, and go from there
A standard toolbar is the bar that has the icons on the computer screen. It is below the menu bar with the icons for things including print, save, and home.
It is called the "mini toolbar."
You cannot delete a toolbar but you can hide it by right clicking on the Menu Bar a selecting that toolbar in the menu that pops up.
You can hide it by right-clicking a blank area of the navigation toolbar.
you right click on the toolbar at the bottom or left,right side of the screen, then click properties, then auto hide task bar. it will hide the task bar.
Ctrl + F11 = Toolbar
You just need to right click at the bottom and select properties. It actually depends if you hide it or not. If you hide it, it will work as it will pop out again. If not, go to the control panel to change your settings.
You probably accodently chose to hide your toolbar. Just hit F11 to restore it.

If Your Talking About Microsoft Word Then, Because, You pressed a button that says "Hide Toolbar". Look for that again and press "Show Toolbar".
Click the 3-bar menu button. Then click on Customize. In the bottom left corner there is an option Show/Hide Toolbars. Select Bookmarks Toolbar.
Right click on your toolbar and click on the email option
