When you install a source on cydia it has a question mark and it cannot find source?

First off this sounds like a statement not a question :-/ but i guess i know what you're getting at. Even if a source on cydia has a question mark it still can work properly. Source with a question mark that doesn't work or is invalid will cause error when trying to receive data and you will be prompted.
