Use the "Notes Pages" function. You can type any additional information and it will NOT show onscreen. When you print the slides for the presenter, print "Notes Pages." The slide will be on the top half of the printed sheet, and the notes will appear on the bottom half.
You can put borders around cells by pressing Ctrl - 1 and going to the border tab. You can also put an outline around an individual cell or around the area of a range, by pressing Ctrl - Shift - 7.
