Not necessarily. If you are saying that to insult someone, then that is being racist. But if you are deescribing someone, then that doesn't count as being racist. But a better term to avoid confusion would be "African".
No. No one should ever use that or any other hateful words.
Black hearted, dark hearted and empty hearted are all ways to say a person has no capacity to love.
Not necessarily. Historians, blacks, and people discussing the meaning of the word use it and it doesn't mean they are all racists. Normally, it goes towards why you are using it, and who you are directing it at.
It's important for the word racism to be defined to assess the stance of the Black Panthers.1 : a belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race2 : racial prejudice or discriminationAccording to the ten point Panther Program they want:1. Peers/blacks to be control of any institution within their community.2.The government to provide full employment for black people.3. They want land/mules or money for every black person in America.4. Decent Housing is to be provided for blacks.5. Proper education and history of blacks in America.6. Free healthcare for blacks.7. Blacks should be able to arm themselves against the government/police.8. End all wars of aggression. (I personally think that's a great idea.)9. Retrying the cases for any black that is imprisoned, by a jury of peers10. Because of their history in the US, they have the right to to all of the things above. In conclusion of these 10 principles, I would easily say yes. Establishing equal rights between all races is very well overstepped with these ten points. Only promoting one's own race through prejudice and sole racial advancement is racism. Is the group a hate group? I would say no, the Black Panthers are not organized as a hate group though they are on a watch list, and the New Black Panthers are classified as black supremacists (which is quite racist).------------------------------No, The are not in any way shape or form racist . They believe in Black " Equality " and "unity" , not black power . The KKK is a hate group , that believes in "white power " and is in no comparison to the BPP [ black panther party] .Edit: What the hell does black equality mean? and unity? And how are they not in favor of black power if they are a part of that whole movement. Did they not host the black power conference on Malcolm X's birthday? Get your facts straight. Groups like the KKK call for white power and are called racist, but the black panthers can boast about black power and their case is dismissed. They are just as racist as the KKK and the Aryan Guard. The NAACP is racist too. Anyone who is out there based on their race is racist.Any group that promotes hate And violence based on someone's race is a hate group.
Yes it is so racist. There are a large amount of Whites and Russians. The black population are always made to feel unwanted. The whites stare at the blacks. They make it hard for a black person to get and keep employment in KeyWest, Fl. It seems as if the whites want all the blacks out of Key West. There is nothing in Key West that caters to a black persons culture. There use to be tons of stuff for a person of color to do that reflected their culture. Most clubs play a few hip hop songs and or R&B but most ban Hip Hop music or R&B music to be played at all. The white people will bump into you and if your black they dont generally say excuse me or anything. It's as if, if you'r black we can do and say anything we want to you this is our town and your black so you don't matter. Ive been all over the U.S and would of never thought a american island would treat people other people this way. The white people look at you as your black or dark you dont matter and try to push you out of the city with discriminatination at the work place and so forth. I feel like im in slavery times im a young adult and shouldnt feel this way.
that can be considered a racist slur by some people, others may overreact, in my opinion as a black person that dont mean anything to me!
Sure. Never say never. Unless the particular person is a racist, of course.
Because some police officers are racist, so say if god forbid a black person did a crime, they'll victimise almost any black person.
Sure. Never say never. Unless the particular person is a racist, of course.
You can call them African.
your so racist its a joke. Why would you even say that? you dont know me or others, your not GOD!
Yes if you're just saying someone is black doesn't mean that they are racist they are just little bit incorrect because if you see an African American and you say hey there's a black person then that's wrong because im not black im brown but no that doesn't make you a racist I didn't want to edit what the previous answers were because I wanted other people to see them. I say no, as long as it's used descriptively and not in a derogatory way. However, many people do feel that calling a person black is offensive and may react to being called that. So, if you don't know the person well, it might be best to either ask what they want to be described as or call them African American.
I presume you mean 'Is Obama a racist?'. Most people would say he is not a racist.
sAY THAT THEIR SKIN COLOUR IS ORIENTAL.AnswerJust as there is white and black, Asians are typically yellow.
Tom Cruise Is Racist , he called a black child " black bastered"
Because they (the 'mean people') are rude and racist pigs. Do you really need, or want, people like that (the mean people) as friends? Stick with your black friends, you'll be better off.
No. Plus it is a racist statement to say so.
