I have ADD, and I'm happy to admit that I have occasional troubles with my studies and homework (I'm a junior in high school). Despite my disorder, I still can get my work done and get assignments turned in for a good turnout. Over the last 2 and half years of my high school career, I've maintained a steady 3.5-3.7 GPA.

It makes a regular person without ADHD feel like they do have ADHD. Probably because of the "wired" feeling, since it is a stimulant. Those with ADHD actually feel a paradoxical effect and feel calmer and focused as opposed to so "all over the place" per se. I have ADHD and take Adderall XR.

No you cannot. You can do things to lessen or help someones ADHD symptoms, but there is nothing you can do to fully prevent someone from getting ADHD. You are born with it, and it can also be hereditary. It is not contagious in any way.
