How does one go home in a car after having a buttock augmentation?
It is not recommended to be driving a car the same day as one has had a buttock augmentation. One could ask a friend to drive, which means one could sit carefully in the back-seat with a pillow under the buttock to ease the pain.
What can cause buttock and back of thigh pain when sitting?
Postural problems. Sitting in a bad posture can cause tailbone pain when sitting. There a few simple fixes for this problem. I've added a link to a video showing you how to sit properly to avoid this pain in the future.

Especially if you have a job which requires you to sit for most of the day, have health issues that do not enable you to get up much, are confined to a wheelchair, or are for any reason at all sitting for long periods of time, you can develop a blood clot in your buttock.
