When you take the NuvaRing out do you have to put it in the fridge?

A NuvaRing needs to be refrigerated if it won't be used within four months. If you're talking about a ring that you'll be using later that night, it doesn't need to go in the refrigerator. If you're taking it out to have sex, please reconsider; it's so easy to forget to reinsert it an put yourself at risk of pregnancy.

Yes, if you are keeping it for over four months it def needs to stay in the fridge. It can also be kept at room temperature (77 degrees). I have been on the nuva ring for about a year now and i always keep them in the fridge until the day i insert it, and i havent had any problems yet.
