You usually can suspect that the starter is bad if you turn the ignition key and nothing happens. You hear a clicking sound but the engine does not turn over. The dash lights should come on.

get your codes and go from there. It sounds like a crank shaft sensor.
Could be your park/neutral switch try putting the car into neutral and and then starting it.
check to see if head lights turn on,are you saying car cranks but won't fire or turn key and nothing happens? big difference in explanations.
Low battery voltage? poor battery connections?
try swapping out the relay in the engine bay fuse box
That is too vague of a question. when you turn the key do the dash lights come on (two red lights on speedo). If so, when you turn the key to start the car, does the engine try to turn over? Is it turning over and not starting, or not turning over? or is nothing happening?
The cornering lights are tied in with the turn signals - they'll come on automatically IF the turn signal is used.
Break lights come on when you step on the break, they do not come on when the head lights are turned on.
