Get HIM one for Father's Day. ;) Don't even ask him if it's ok to get one. When Father's Day rolls around, get a dog a be like "Surprise, Dad!! We got you a dog!!" Lol! That way he can't say no! -GuineaBoo
Don't get one. He may have a fear of dogs and he's afraid to tell you! Even if he just doesn't like dogs, it is not a good idea to get one. Households need to work together in general day-to-day looking after, and being consistent when training a dog is paramount. Forcing a dog into the household will probably drive you two apart. He will think you care more about getting a dog than his feelings or opinions.
you buy them from the pet store or adopt from shelter?
Absolutely. All of my dogs have been shelter dogs. They are wonderful.
Yes
Not all the dogs and cats that are adopted from a shelter are always neutered.
Yes, there are native canine creatures everywhere except on Antartica.
Not if you can convince them it's cotton candy

You go to petsylvania and you can adopt a pet!
All pet owners love their animals which is why they adopt them.
Convince them that it is for a learning experience!
If one of your dogs is getting older, try to convince your parents that if it died it would be easier for your other dog if it had another companion. Also show reponsibility by walking your other dogs, playing with them and maybe teaching one or both of them a new trick. This should show your parents that you still love your other dogs and you are ready for a new one. Also maybe raise some money to help pay. Or say this could be your Christmas or Birthday prestent. Or maybe even both. :)
if you are 10 years old and trying to help dogs you can start a charity for dogs , or actually adopt a dog from an animal shelter
