If your head is pointing north, your feet are pointing south, your outstretched left arm is pointing west, while your outstretched right arm is pointing east. Note: a help to remember is that the initials of west and east spell: 'WE'.
PRONATIONThe action is pronation which is also known as rotation of the forearm. If you were to put your arm in front of you with your palm up and then rotate it so your palm is facing down, that is pronation.turning your palm down
Not if you are a normal human being. The distance from the fingertips of your outstretched arm to somewhere on the opposite collarbone is likely to be nearer a metre.
Rotation is the term meaning turning a body part on its own axis.I find turning a body part on its own axis hard to explain. I can only give examples:Rotating your outstretched arm at the elbow or shoulder, say from palm up to palm down.Moving your head from facing front to facing left or right.

Saber Fencing ParriesThe parry six in saber fencing is basically a parry five, with your weapon arm on the other side of where your arm would have been if it was a parry five. So if your weapon arm fist was on your right when you do a parry five, it will be on the left in a parry six. The blade still blocks the same target area as the parry five (the head), but exposes your forearm to attack (which is why few people use it). There is no Parry 8 in Saber Fencing, though.
The homonyms for "on the end of your arm" are "palm" and "palm". The homonyms for "a bunch of bananas" are "bunch" and "bunch".
It means you have the right to your own 'personal space'. Basically anyone getting closer to you than the length of your outstretched arm - is invading your personal space.
