Juliet went to confession
The only way that Juliet can get out of the house at all is to go to church. Unless it is Sunday, the only reason to go to church is to go to confession. Therefore this is the excuse she uses, and fortunately the church is exactly where she wants to go.
The excuse Juliet uses is that she is going to Friar Laurence's cell for shrift or confession.

Juliet, the daughter of a wealthy house, is not expected to leave it. The only excuse she can give for leaving the house is that she wants to go to confession at the church. This is the excuse she gives to attend her wedding and to seek Friar Lawrence's advice. What need would she have of money? If she needed something she would just send the nurse who would spend her father's money. The rules are different for boys. Boys can hang around the marketplace and get into trouble. All of Romeo's money is, of course, his father's money, but at least he gets to carry some of it around with him.
They were going to be married at the Capulets' house.
Twice in the play Juliet is allowed to visit Friar Lawrence's cell on the pretext of going to confession. One of those times is to marry Romeo. It would appear that this is the only excuse she can use to get out of the house.
