You can also simply copy all the information you used to create your Youtube video to make a Dailymotion video.
The next very powerful place to submit your video is in Linkedin. The power of Linkedin is that you can have 30,000 friends that are interested in your niche.
After Linkedin your Facebook account is another great place to submit a video. You can have a network of 5,000 friends and make sure to manually upload your video.

I'm assuming you mean forward a YouTube video to someone else. If you want to do that, you click the "Share" button below the video. You can post it on Twitter or Facebook, but can also e-mail it (or other things). All of the options appear when you click the "Share" button.
