There's only 2 HD Capture Cards that I've heard of which are...

To capture HDMI output in high definition (HD), you can use a capture card or a video capture device that supports HDMI input. Connect the HDMI output from your device to the capture card, then connect the capture card to your computer. Use recording software on your computer to capture the HD video output from the HDMI source.
Hd pvr
The answer is... it doesn't matter. Keep in mind cap cards capture information from your xbox, not the TV. so you can buy any one but it doesn't record in HD. For HD recording you need a HD Capture Card (hard to get and expensive) along with an Xbox Elite.
You need a HD PVR or DVC100 capture card. HD PVR has Hd quality but expensive but if u want regular quality at a cheaper price, the Dazzle capture card is for you. You can get these items at walmart, best buy, or other electronic stores
The best XBOX recirding device is an HD PVR or Capture Card.
He uses the newest HD PvR to record his gameplay. I don't know what its really called but, you can goodle "HD PvR" into google, and see a good variety of good capture software.
Try using a capture card, for HD quality, use an HDPVR.
Probably an HD PVR, just goggle those and you should be able to find one, or just type in HD capture cards.
Tristar MX HD PVR works in the UK because I play on line with two friends from nothern Ireland and another from England. We all use the Tristar MX HD PVR to capture our gameplay without a capture card or a computer nearby.
A lot of people are using the HD PVR, but if you're on a budget, I heard that the Roxio capture card is good for the money. (only records in Standard Definition)
Your PC's specifications are quite low for running an Elgato game capture card effectively, especially for capturing and streaming gameplay. The AMD A4-1200 APU and Radeon HD 8180 may struggle with the demands of video capture, particularly if you're trying to capture high-resolution gameplay. Additionally, 4GB of RAM may not provide sufficient performance for smooth operation. Upgrading your hardware would significantly improve your chances of successfully using the capture card.
EasyCap can cause problems. My advice: DO NOT BUY AN EASYCAP. It does not support PAL 60 in the UK and comes up as Black and White. Buy a Dazzle DVC 130. Trust me. I bought an easycap the other day and they are pure rubbish. About the HD thing: As long as you have the original cable for the xbox (the one that isn't HD) and has a yellow, white and red connectors on the end of it, all you have to do is plug them into a capture card. Try your best to try and get decent software, Pinnacle 12 isn't bad, most capture cards have a delay from the capture preview. You'll just have to get used to this.
