On a 1998 Ford Expedition :
The Mass Air Flow sensor is located between the engine air filter and the big
rubber engine air intake tube ( it is INSIDE the circular shaped plastic
housing , you will see where the wires go inside )
I'm not a mechanic / technician but I was looking at a picture on fordparts.com and it shows the mass airflow sensor located around the engine air filter assembly on the drivers side for a 2006 Ford Expedition

Yes there is a Map sensor.
The sensor is locate on the hose that connects to the air filter. Big Black hose (Wire is sticking out the hose) It cost $15 dollars at part store.

Bank # 1 is the passenger side of the engine in a Ford Expedition Sensor # 1 would be before the catalytic converter ( upstream sensor ) Sensor # 2 would be after the catalytic converter ( downstream sensor )
