They come with earbuds so you can play them anywhere you take it in the portable music player sense. Or you can play the music on your computer. Basically anywhere that has a USB port should let you play it.
USB port or regular auxilary port although you won't be able to pick your music� It just plays it in order. My home stereo has a USB port so I can plug it right into my surround sound which is nice. If your car stereo comes with an auxilary input then you can play it there as well... some new decks have them on the front but its the same deal that you cant choose what you play. I bought a cord for $100 that is basically a USB for my car stereo and it lets me run my iPod through my CD changer.
