The second way, and, in my opinion, the better way, is to spawn the cheat gnome ( Wii code: ( and press quickly!) B, Z, up arrow, down arrow, B) and then type (again, press quickly!) 2, Up arrow, Right arrow, Z, right arrow. Then pull up the options for the gnome, select add one to skill, Mechanical, and walla!
