Nobody really knows. Gacy's sister has tried to keep in contact with them but they have refused for obvious reasons. Although I'm sure they love their aunt, the need to break ties with their old life is understandable.

∙ 12y agoI could find no information on Gacy's two children from his first marriage. After an arrest Gacy's wife divorced him and he had no further contact with his children. It is possible that they changed their names and do not want to be found.

∙ 12y agoGacy's children from his first marriage had not been in contact with their father for many years before his arrest, imprisonment and finally, his execution. As far as I can tell, he did not see them before his May 10, 1994 execution at Statesville Prison, near Joilet, IL.

∙ 11y agoI believe they have changed their names and have tried to go on with their lives as best they can. According to Gacy's sister Karen, she tried to stay in touch with her former sister-in-law and John's children. Her gifts and correspondence have all been returned. She respects their decision to separate themselves from the past.
