How did John Gacy murder his victims?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

No. Gacy acted alone but then serial killers usually do. Of course there are always the exceptions (LA's Hillside Stranglers) but the general rule is a lone male and Gacy gets all the credit.

Most of his victims, which were boys and young men, were at one time emplyees of his construction company. He would offer them a good job making good money, for most, too good to resist.

After awhile it must have seemed strange to people that many of his young employees seemed to go missing. They just didn't show up for work. Gacy bluffed his way through at first but finally it seemed nobody should go through employees like Gacy did. About this time, there was the horrible smell to explain away also. It all got to be too much of a coincendence and eventually the police came knocking. The rest is history.

Gacy's trial began on February 6, 1980 and came to a close on May 10, 1980. How he was convicted was relatively clear due to the dozens of bodies found in and around his home. Most were found in the crawl space beneath his house. It's pretty hard to explain something like that.

How did john wayne gacy die?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

He was a crazy psychopath who loved to murder for the thrill of it.
Gacy killed for the same reason most serial killers murder. Most have personality disorders, which leaves them void of feelings for other earthlings. Gacy's victims of choice were young men and boys he could lure into his home. Once they went home with him they were never seen alive again.

Gacy is what is known as a homesexual killer but until the day he walked into the death chamber he denied he was homosexual. Gacy was a very scary individual who had to have supreme control over everybody. His powers of manipulation are unparalled and it's a relief to know he's in the safest place known to man (6 feet under).

What was the disorder of John Wayne Gacy?

User Avatar

Asked by Wiki User

I think the disorder that John Wayne Gacy manifested was "Paraphillia" specified to Pedophilia. Evidently, he murdered some young/teen boys. Due to the fact that he was punished by his father during his early life, his unconscious started to boost by having sexual affairs and killed them. He didn't not overcome what was his father done with him and he never received any "sorry" for his father. This is a predisposing factor. He was suffered because of his childhood experiences (corporal punishments, rejections, molestation, etc).
