It was Sheriff Joe "JW" Higgins who used that catch-phrase and others whenever he pulled over a Dodge Challenger for being a racing vehicle in the city limits. He never really took to the explanations that the Challenger had many options that were certainly sporty. Check out YouTube for videos of these old commercials.
There is no such thing as a Dodge-Baracuda. The Barracuda was made by Plymouth. Dodge made the Challenger which was their version of the Barracuda. In the early 70's both of these musclecars were designed to compete with the Ford Mustang and the Chevrolet Camaro. The 70-71 Challenger and 'Cuda' are highly desirable in todays collector car market, especially the hemi versions. Try googling collector car trader online.
