After putting odd keystone in talk to 30 friends wirelessly and then press a in front of the keystone tower you will find spirittomb.
What do you do with the odd keystone in Pokemon platinum?
South of Solaceon Town (Route 209), there should be a well. Click it and insert the Odd Keystone. You have to talk with 32 people in The Underground (entering their base, starting a conversation...etc) to activate the well, releasing a level 25 Spiritomb. The fastest way is to talk with a friend 32 times while running in and out of their base. After you capture or defeat Spiritomb, the well will collapse. You'll need another Odd Keystone to capture another Spiritomb. There are 2 Odd Keystones in the game, but more can be dug up in The Underground.
