Oh,you don't find them,people give TMs and HMs to you.Gym leaders also give you TMs after you defeat them(You get struggle bug after you defeat the third gym,which is a bug type gym.Sadly,nond of my pokemon can learn that move.).I play pokemon black but I'm sure the main things are the same.(I started about 2 weeks ago and now I have 4 badges.)
