I dont completely know what you mean but if you want arceus to change types just attach the plate u want to it and it will turn into that type :) hope i helped

Obatian plates from the Underground or rarly in the Shinno. With out a plate, its simply normal type. Note also that it can learn revenage at lv 100! Awesome move!
