The Artifact of Warrior is located in the Phazon Mines.
The exact room name is Elite Research.
To reveal it, you need to be able to use your Morph Balls Power Bomb. Once you enter the room, you will see a Stasis Tank with an Omega Pirate in it. Turn into a Morph Ball and use a Power Ball to break it the tank. Defeat the Phazon Elite and the Artifact will reveal itself.
Go to the room Lava Lake in Magmoor caverns.In the chamber closer to the elevator to Chozo RUins there is a pillar. Hit it with 2 missiles to reveal the artifact.

The Artifact of World is under the Chozo statue in Elder Hall, the room with the first Chozo Ghost. Hit the bomb slot behind the plasma beam shield to move the statue.
