Pal Park is in the same place as it was in Diamond and Pearl. At the end of Route 221. If you go south from Sandgem Town, and surf all the way to the right, you'll get to Pal Park.

well theres about 300 heres a couple good ones! pichu, ditto, gabite, giratina, mesperit, azelf, uxie, dialga, palkia, regigigas, drifloon, chatot, buizel, geodude, plus starter pokemon, but there are lots more! the best way to get them all is just playing through the game!
just see all 150 Pokemon in sinnoh then go to route 221 (actuall pal park place) and oak will be in there

the park balls are basically master balls for pal park.if you leave without catching all of the imported pokemon, the ones u caught get released back into pal park.
