There are two I have found. One in on the VIN data plate on the drivers door. The other I have found is under the cowl on the passenger side.

You can visit pep boys and they have vin decoders there. They have locations all over the country and they offer vin decoder and they have them for great prices.
VIN locations remain essentially the same on all vehicles. You might be surprised to find differnt numbers, but it isn't unlikely with an older vehicle, and the VIN on the registration is what matters.
All cars manufactured in America (for certain) have VIN numbers on the engine, chassis and possibly other locations as well. This is for consumer protection mainly as the Chassis and Engine VIN should always match, unless the engine has been replaced with a rebuilt one.
You will not find them all. The automakers will not disclose some locations for obvious reasons. The glass, block, dash door, frame are some of them.
Toyota vin#s are located on the drivers side dash board (can be seen through the windshield) as well as in the drivers side door jamb on a white sticker. Most toyotas also have small vin stickers on all original panels. Example: on the insides of the fenders in the engine compartment, or on the inside of the doors.
There were a few different names considered for the Thunderbird. Apache, Falcon, Eagle, Tropicale, Hawaiian, and Thunderbolt were all suggested names for the Thunderbird.

They have a VIN on the frame but can be hard to find and are not all in the same spot.

It's an incomplete VIN - it should be 17 digits. All that can be told by what part of the VIN you have is that it was a General Motors product manufactured in 1987.
