In the tyrannian plateau, on the Go, Go, Go! tab. Click on it and you'll get the negg.
It's a random event in Kreludor, Tyrannia, Moltara, and the Lost Desert. Go to EVERY SINGLE PLACE in EACH OF THOSE PLACES and it will be in one of them. Its random meaning different for every person.

What are neggs in Neopets?
Neggs are the Neopian equivalent to eggs, but they grow on trees. They are given out in random events on Easter, but you can get them other times too. Your pet can eat neggs, or you can give your neggs to the Negg Faerie at The Neggery in the Terror Mountain Ice Caves.
