If you have a fateful encounter regigigas in your party go to celestic town and go left. Then go up and there should be a cave in there step on all the buttons and make sure the middle one is last the talk to the statue and regice will appear. Go to iron island and go to the end there should be a cave in the last part of cave go inside and step on all the eyes and the step on the middle one last then talk to the statue and registeel will appear. then go to route 230 and search for a cave with two rocks next to it then do the same thing and step on the eyes and the middle one last then talk to the statue and whola regirock.
