i know that rayquraza is at the end of sky stairway kyoga is at the end of bottom less sea (i would not try and recruit him because i have tried loads of times) hope this helps p.s sorry about the spelling mistakes

Palkia is the legendary Pokemon for Pearl, it is located at the top of Spear Pillar (mt. coronet), you should be led there by the storyline.

Yes you can. He is located in bottomless sea. (Note you will have to go through 49 Floors not including the room Kyogre is!) It personally took me 3 tries to recruit it.

Mt Faraway is located towards the top left corner of the world map in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Blue and Red Rescue Team. To access this dungeon, you must have cleared the Fiery, Lightning and Northwind Fields and have in your possession the Rainbow Wing. After you defeat Suicune in the Northwind Field, Mt Faraway will be unlocked and you may travel there with your team (as long as one Pokemon knows Surf or you have the HM in your items bag).
