Everywhere In the US. Many states have a ban on it and many also have a ban on abortion BUT....that does not mean they can ignore the US Supreme Coiurt and IDX abortion IS allowed to use when there is no other way to save a woman's life. A healthy fetus is not aborted this way. You have to understand that they can not ban a surgical procedure that would remove a seriously ill or dead fetus in order to save her life. So far it has never been needed though since the ban. There are other methods today.
