I can only think of a couple. If you have a wireless router or a Nintendo WFC USB Connector, you can use wi-fi at your home. The Nintendo World Store in Manhatten has NWFC access. Those I'm sure about. Maybe try any wi-fi hotspot. I don't think every hotspot is Nintendo WFC compatible, though.
