∙ 12y agoAny Pokemon can be shiny. Ther really rare and only one Pokemon in every 1000 or so is shiny. You can use a cheat pack, though.
Actually, i think it every 1 in 8000. but don't go out and try to catch 8000 Pokemon, there is an easier way ppl. complete the game and the national pokedex, then talk to prof. rowan. u chat with prof. oak when he barges in and the two have a talk, then rowan gives you a pokeradar. go out into the patch of grass (not the super tall kind, only the regular kind) on any route you want. use the pokeradar. go to the grass that sparkled each time. this increases your chance of getting a shiny. it doesnt mean you'll get on, it just increases your chances alot.
