Between Pensacola and Panama City. The Beaches between Mississippi and Panama city are the whitest in the world. That is about 150 miles worth. It is hands down the prettiest beach in America. California, the Atlantic Coast From Maine to Miami, do not even come close. There is really no comparison. After seeing and spending some time in Northwest Florida all I can say is that a person from Pensacola, or Destin, or Panama City, would not even take there shoes off and walk on the Atlantic or Pacific coasts for fear of getting dirty.
