Sanibel Island vacation rentals can be found on the Home Away web site. They have listings for 25 rentals at various rates. You might also write to the Sanibel Island Chamber of Commerce as the chamber usually can provide tourist information for the area.
I'm not sure about the best prices but Ocean's Reach Condominium is supposed to be one of the best resorts on Sanibel Island, they have boats for rental and scuba diving lessons.
