The areas that need to be improved at work part of a evaluation is common. When a employer gives a employee a list of areas to work on it is not meant to be mean but to help them become their best and advance later.
They work best in windy areas.
Some of the physical requirements for an anesthesiologist are having good vision, hearing, and be able to work long hours. An anesthesiologist be detail oriented and be able to handle stress.
These diseases often require the anesthesiologist to lower the dosages of sedatives and pain-control medications.
Hard. It's very competitive to get into medical school. Once you get into medical school you are essentially competing with a class full of students just as motivated and dedicated as you. Only the top tier students in medical school will be able to specialize in areas such as anestheiology. If it's your dream to become one, stay dedicated and work as hard as you can - everything will fall in place.
An anesthesiologist is an individual who gives anesthetics to an individual during surgery. The anesthesiologist is responsible for determining how much anesthetics a person can be given and, since the patient needs to be watched closely, they are also responsible for monitoring the patient during surgery. While monitoring a patient, the anesthesiologist must also consult the doctor during the surgery on how well the patient is handling the anesthetics. Becoming an anesthesiologist can be an excellent career path. An anesthesiologist tends to be extremely well paid, and often are not subject to the same level of stress and demand as doctors. While it can be a very rewarding career path, both financially and personally, becoming an anesthesiologist is quite difficult and takes years to accomplish. To become an anesthesiologist, a person will need to follow a similar educational progression as a medical doctor, physician, or surgeon. After obtaining a bachelor’s degree in either pre-med, or a related science, a prospective anesthesiologist will need to attend medical school, where they will get a very general medical degree program. Towards the end of medical school, a person should look into getting into an anesthesiology residency program. Typically, a residency program will take 4 years, but a specialized anesthesiology program will often take an additional 2 or 3 years. Between medical school and the residency program, an anesthesiologist should expect to spent over ten years preparing for their career before they will qualify for certification. After successfully completing a residency program, an anesthesiologist will need to become board certified. To become board certified, a prospective anesthesiologist will need to pass both an oral and a written exam. Once board certification has been received, the anesthesiologist will be certified to work as an anesthesiologist. Since this employment is in demand, finding a rewarding position will not be too difficult. It may be best to first work for an established hospital, but after gaining experience and notoriety in the industry, it may be a good idea to work for a private practice.
Only to and from his/her work location (usually a hospital) from home.

Can he(she) do the work ... sure. But they both have separate licensing procedures and tests that must be passed.
I would think after completing all that schooling, internship, and residency requirements, you would work as an anesthesiologist in a medical facility. I would hope your not one already and asking this question!
