Where are the best places for a teenager to clothes shop?

All that they care about is if the shirt has a brand name logo or if it is what they are looking for it depends on the person.

WHOAH!!! there are plenty stores such as hot topic, wet seal, abercrombie and fitch, Areopostle, Delia's, urban outfitters, and the top cities, to shop in are New York City, Los Angles, and well yeah. oh yeah and the store called PAC sun. fun shopping and don't forget to find coupons online and in circulars ask your mom she should have u covered!! oh yeah and don't forget American eagle.

It depends on where you live! But some really inexpensive places I shop are Forever 21, Pacsun, H and M, and sometimes stores like American Eagle, Hollister, Gilly Hicks, etc. can be really expensive but they also have amazing deals every once and a while.
