First, you go to the most bottom left bookshelf with an empty stool and you stand on the stool and read that book that is sticking out. How? Click A.
Second, you go to the bookshelf on top of it, just go around the first bookshelf and read the second one at the stool.
Third, you go to the bookshelf at the very top left and battle that scientist. Once you have beaten her, she will let you pass and read the book at the stool.
Fourth, you go to the bottom right bookshelf and read THAT book. Once done, talk to the girl at the bookshelf above. Beat her and the bookshelf right above will slide and a passageway is there.
The gym leader is there. Go battle her, good luck~! :]
