A fiction memoir is based on a factual story, and could be written by anyone, some dialogue/scenarios but not be entirely true, whereas an autobiography is true facts written by the person who is in the book.
Fiction is entirely made up, memoir is based on the author's personal experiences but may include some embellishments for narrative effect, and autobiography is a comprehensive account of the author's life written by the author. The lines between them blur in genres like creative nonfiction, where elements of all three can be present.

An autobiography is the story of the writer's own life, written by him/herself. A memoir is also written about the writer's life, but it is focused on the writer's memories of an important event or period in the writer's life, not his/her entire life.
There are three main differences:(1) The autobiography is necessarily written by its subject. A memoir can be written by its subject, but more often is written by a close friend of the subject.(2) The autobiography is usually about the whole history of its subject, whereas a memoir usually concerns a particular period or set of events in a person's life.(3) The autobiography is supposed to be as truthful as opposed to memoirs which are fictionalized to a small degree.
An autobiography usually covers a longer period of time.
"Night" by Elie Wiesel is a memoir, as it is a firsthand account of the author's experiences during the Holocaust. It is a non-fiction work that recounts the horrors he witnessed and endured in Nazi concentration camps.
