they are casting plugs you will find them on each side of the engine block below the heads

If you mean the freeze plugs......they are located on the bottom side of your engine. They are round and are about the size of a half dollar.
Only one drain plug on a 350 that's the oil drain. on forward part of lowest part of pan. The radiator will have one depending on model on where it is. New answer- There are 2 water drain plugs on all V8 blocks, And you can find them 1 on each side of block, They our in the center of the block just above were the oil pan bolts on the block. They will be real short and takes a 1/2 inch socket to remove.
The heads themselves have NO freeze plugs in them. But the block/engine has 8 freeze plugs in it.
none a diesel does not have spark plugs it has glow plugs and depends on the engine and if its a 350 it has 8

It should be screewed into the drivers side head, Between the first 2 spark plugs. If it's not there then look at the other head were the plugs are.
You found the one on the driver's side right ?? The passenger side is in the same place, But it has a knock sensor screewed in it's place. Just unscreew the sensor and the engine coolant will come out.

Just below exhaust manifolds. Unless you have a diesel engine. In which case those crazy Ford people forgot to put any spark plugs in any of their diesels. If it is a 4.6 , 5.4 or V10 they are next to intake manifold under coil on plug .

Change the fluids and filters. Inspect the spark plugs and wires. Clean the carburetor.
If it's a 5.4, the plugs are loated under the coilpacks. You need to remove one of the 8 coilpacks, then you will see the sparkplug down a deep hole.

The 1989 Chevrolet 350 cubic inch engine coolant sensor is located on the front of the engine. The coolant sensor will be near the thermostat housing.
