I am assuming that you mean when you bite together. Everyone's bite is a bit different however a textbook "class I incisal canine relationship" means that the maxillary "top" incisors should cover the top 1/3 of the mandibular "bottom" teeth. Any greater, and that's considared an overbite.

You blow in it.... and press on the buttons to change pitch. No, you don't, you curve your bottom lip over your bottom teeth so your bottom teeth do not touch the reed. Then you put your top teeth on top of the mouthpiece and blow. To tounge, you tap your tounge on the reed whilst playing a note.

Have your teeth meet and have your tongue touch the place where both upper and bottom teeth meet and make a "Sssss" sound (the kind snakes make). Then "an" is like "yawn" without the "y". See below link for the resulting sound.

Is it normal for teeth in front of wisdom tooth pulled to be loose and super painful to touch?

It is common for the teeth in front of your extracted teeth to be painful after the extraction. It is called referred pain due to the fact that the same nerve that gives sensation to the wisdom tooth extracted goes to the teeth in front of that wisdom tooth. Now having said that, it is NOT normal for your teeth in front of your extracted teeth to be loose. This may represent some injury to the bone surrounding the loose tooth. Also, if these teeth are being moved orthodontically, they may feel loose due to widening of the space between the tooth and the bone. But this mobility may not be a problem. These teeth almost always stop hurting and feel more firm within a week or two.
