Lexus manufacturer recommend replace timing belt on Lexus rx300 every 105,000 miles.
The PCV valve on a 2002 Lexus RX300 is located on the passenger side of the car underneath the hood. The valve will be on the rear valve cover.
Lexus has to hook their computer to it to program the key to both lock/unlock and to start the vehicle.
Check the relay, there are 3 drl relay siting rigth above the radiator.
On the open road or freeway with mild inclines.

The brakelight sensor is located on the brake switch, which is on top of the brake pedal and held on with a 14mm jam nut.
next to the oil filter if it has one installed. remove cover plate and install heater not an easy job. tip get it installed by a autoshop
I believe there is no fuses in the trunk. The car has 3 boxes of fuses. 2 under the hood, and one under the rear seat. I have a 2001 and there is where I found mine. Hope it works for you.
on my Mercedes c180 2002 the spare fuses are found with the spare wheel in the boot in a tool kit.
