the fan has a high amp draw roasting the control module replace them both!!
theese are lit by a 16 volt output from the body control module we often find its a bad bcm.
comes out inside . remove glovebox and go in that way . about one hour .
if its under the dash by your feet its the heater core is bad

I believe the O2 sensor heater is a fused circuit, you will need a wiring diagram to tell which one it is.
It appears your blower motor is not working correctly on your 1980 Cadillac Coupe Deville. The vents are for both AC and heat. You may also be losing vacuum pressure. If you cannot find the source, your mechanic can help you do so.
